Andrew LeGrant joins Lodestar as its Associate General Counsel. He oversees all legal and regulatory work for Lodestar’s solar asset portfolio, its development pipeline and associated legal and contractual work.
Andrew brings with him over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and business/transactional work as well as acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
Prior to joining Lodestar, Andrew worked for a well established Connecticut law firm, as well as for a publicly traded luxury real estate developer and large Connecticut title insurance company. Andrew is familiar with real estate development, title insurance, underwriting, and general corporate and compliance matters.
Andrew holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Guilford College as well as Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Western New England University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
