NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm., via virtual platform, concerning LSE Circe LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 2.85 MWac solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland.
Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
