NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning LSE Aurora LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 5.0 MWac solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland.
Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed by March 26, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.pscmaryland.com or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
