THE APPLICATION OF LSE LUMEN LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 3 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITY IN GARRETT COUNTY, MARYLAND

Two Public Meetings in the above-entitled matter will be held at Oakland Community Center, located at 14 N 8th St, Oakland, MD 21550, and are scheduled as follows:

Monday, June 8th and Tuesday, June 9th from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

The meetings concern LSE Lumen LLC’s upcoming application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Garrett County, Maryland, located Francis Sanders Drive West, Oakland MD 21550 at the coordinates 39.413580º, -79.364299º. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and questions.
