PUBLIC UTILITY LAW JUDGE’S NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-captioned matter is scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning LSE Lumen LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Garrett County, Maryland.
The proposed Project is anticipated to occupy approximately 22.6 acres of a 38.4-acre property located northwest of Maryland Highway (Route 135), approximately 3,600 feet northwest of the intersection of Maryland Highway (Route 135) and Francis Sanders Drive West in Oakland, Maryland. The Property is described as Tax Map 78, Parcels 232, 743, and 744.

At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters and the establishment of a procedural schedule will be discussed.
