An informational public meeting in the above-entitled matter will be held in person and is scheduled to take place at the following date, time and location:

This informational meeting concerns LSE Octans LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Garrett County, Maryland. The Project is located east of Garrett Highway (Route 219) in the McHenry area of Garrett County, Maryland. The entrance of the site consists of an existing gravel roadway located east of Garrett Highway (Route 219), approximately 620 feet south of the intersection of Friendsville Road (MD Route 42) and Garrett Highway (Route 219). The Property is identified as Tax Map 41, Parcels 18 and 82. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.
