This informational meeting concerns LSE Lumen, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility located at Francis Sanders Drive West, Oakland MD 21550 at the coordinates 39.41270°N and 79.36703°W in Garrett County, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.
Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail. Instructions for submitting written and electronic written comments can be accessed by going to the Commission’s home page at https://www.psc.state.md.us/, scrolling down to the section titled “Comment on a Case” and clicking the link for “Learn More.” The instructions can also be accessed via the following link: https://www.psc.state.md.us/online-services/file-a-public-comment/. Comments submitted electronically must be submitted through the Commission’s e-file system, which can be accessed via the following link: https://webpscxb.psc.state.md.us/DMS/E-file-pc. Commenters utilizing the e-file system are required to complete a one-time registration. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9880.
