Before founding Lodestar Energy, Jaime was Vice President & General Manager of the US Commercial business for SunEdison with full P&L responsibility from sales through financing and operations for all commercial and public sector customers.  Under his leadership, this business unit grew from $100 million to over $250 million in two years.  His teams closed over 100 solar projects for clients such as Walmart, Kohl’s, Staples, Whole Foods and the US Air Force and US Marine Corp across over a dozen states.

Before entering renewable energy, Jaime held a variety of Executive and General Manager roles across companies from early stage to Fortune 500, including Alcoa (NYSE:  AA), FreeMarkets (NASDAQ: FMKT/ARBA), and NVR (NYSE:  NVR).

Jaime is a proud member of the Virginia Tech Committee of 100, former Chairman of the ISE Advisory Board, and was elected to the Academy of Distinguished Alumni.

Jaime currently volunteers on the board of Wakeman Town Farm, an organic demonstration farm that serves the Westport community and through HBS Community Partners, offering pro bono consulting and education to local nonprofits in Connecticut.

Jaime has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
