A Public Comment Hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd , at 7:30 p.m. at Cecil College, Room TC D219, 1 Seahawk Dr, North East, MD 21901, concerning LSE Alice LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.15 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and questions.
