NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL MEETING

 

THE APPLICATION OF LSE IRIS LLC, LSE IRIS II LLC AND LSE IRIS III LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT 3 CO-LOCATED SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITIES TOTALING 15 MWAC IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND

An informational public meeting in the above-entitled matter will be held in person and is scheduled to take place at the following date, time and location:

 

Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, 6pm-7:30pm

This informational meeting concerns LSE Iris LLC, LSE Iris II LLC, and LSE Iris III LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 3 co-located solar photovoltaic generating facilities totaling 15 MWac in Dorchester County, Maryland.  The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail. Instructions for submitting written and electronic written comments can be accessed by going to the Commission’s home page at https://psc.maryland.gov, scrolling down to the section titled “Comment on a Case” and clicking the link for “Learn More.” The instructions can also be accessed via the following link: https://psc.maryland.gov/online-services/file-a-public-comment/. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9861. Only one copy is required.
