NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning LSE Aquarius LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 2.988 MWac solar photovoltaic generating facility in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.
Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed by February 9, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
