THE APPLICATION OF LSE AURORA LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 5.00 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITY IN CECIL COUNTY, MARYLAND

An informational public meeting in the above-entitled matter will be held in person and is scheduled to take place at the following date, time and location:

This informational meeting concerns LSE Aurora LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.0 solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.
Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail. Instructions for submitting written and electronic written comments can be accessed by going to the Commission’s home page at https://www.psc.state.md.us/, scrolling down to the section titled “Comment on a Case” and clicking the link for “Learn More.” The instructions can also be accessed via the following link: https://www.psc.state.md.us/online-services/file-a-public-comment. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9852. Only one copy is required.
