A Public Meeting in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3rd, at 4:30 p.m. at South Cumberland Library, South Cumberland Meeting Room, 100 Seymour St, Cumberland, MD 21502, concerning LSE Ino LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.00 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Allegany County, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and questions.
