NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning LSE Octans LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 5.0 MWac solar photovoltaic generating facility in Garrett County, Maryland. The Project is located at The Project is located east of Garrett Highway (Route 219) in the McHenry area of Garrett County, Maryland. The entrance of the site consists of an existing gravel roadway located east of Garrett Highway (Route 219), approximately 620 feet south of the intersection of Friendsville Road (MD Route 42) and Garrett Highway (Route 219). The Property is identified as Tax Map 41, Parcels 18 and 82.

At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
