Carrie joined Lodestar as its associate general counsel in 2019. She oversees all legal and regulatory work for Lodestar’s solar asset portfolio, its development pipeline and associated legal and contractual work.
When Carrie joined the Lodestar team, she brought over twenty (20) years of experience in real estate and site development experience in the renewable energy and telecommunications fields. Carrie obtained approval for the first commercial wind project in the State of Connecticut in 2011 and has been responsible for the acquisition and sale of thousands of commercial properties and the development of hundreds of commercial properties throughout her career.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bates College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
