Joanna is a business professional and paralegal with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, business organizations and finance. Joanna manages the team in loan and tax equity transactions. She works closely with outside counsel, title companies, surveyors, lenders and landlords. She also manages all legal entity portfolios and implements corporate governance and ensures compliance.
Prior to joining the Lodestar team, she worked as a real estate and corporate paralegal in law firms with experience in commercial real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lending institutions. Joanna also is experienced in corporate business law including entity formation, organization, and administration; corporate governance; corporate transactions including stock and asset; mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
Joanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Joanna is a notary public for the State of Connecticut. She is a member of the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association, Inc., Connecticut Bar Association, Paralegal Section and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. .
