Oliver leads Lodestar’s corporate strategy by analyzing electricity markets and tracking policy and regulatory changes to drive new market opportunities. He also supports the Lodestar team by negotiating power purchase agreements, securing project offtake, and evaluating potential project acquisitions. He screens project sites for suitability based on environmental, zoning and other considerations, and contributes to the management of project budgets and timelines.
Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining Lodestar, Oliver worked as a Regional Director helping manage senate and presidential campaigns in Georgia.
